Peanut Butter and Jelly Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 160 ml (2/3 cup) raspberry or strawberry jam
  • 25 ml (1/2 cup) Neilson 2% Microfiltered Milk
  • 125 ml (1/2 cup) Shepherd Gourmet Vanilla Skyr (or Greek yogurt)
  • 15 ml (1 tbsp) creamy peanut butter

Directions

  1. Spread jam on the bottom and side of a glass. Set aside.
  2. Mix the milk, skyr and peanut butter in a blender.
  3. Emulsify for 1 to 2 minutes until smooth.
If the smoothie is too watery, add some skyr. If it’s too thick, pour in a bit of milk until desired consistency. Serve with a straw or spoon.
