Chocolate Peanut Butter Post-Workout Pudding

Ingredients

  • 250 ml (1 cup) Neilson 2% Protein Dairy Beverage
  • 1 lb (454 g) low-fat cottage cheese
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 125 ml (½ cup) peanut butter
  • 60 ml (¼  cup) maple syrup
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • Dark chocolate for garnish

 

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients (except for the dark chocolate) in a blender until smooth.
  2. Pour the mixture into small jars and pop them in the freezer for 45 minutes.
  3. Remove the jars from the freezer.
  4. Melt the dark chocolate and pour a thin layer to cover each pudding.
  5. Pop them back in the freezer for 10–15 minutes, or until the chocolate has set.
  6. Dig in!
